Bomb’s are hovering around

Everyone’s hiding

Cinquains

War

Punished, Destruction

Ruining, Destroying, Terrifying

Rifles are aiming at Jews

Warfare

Tanka

Fire is burning

The Nazi’s won’t stop raiding

People are threatened

Fire burns like campfires

All people can hear are screams

Ballad

The Nazi’s kicked people out of their houses

Their leader is Hitler

The rooms in concentration camps are nothing like normal houses

Hitler’s soldiers are very bitter

People had to hide in the past

The Nazi’s are coming

Everyone had to run in the night of the broken glass

Everyone is frightened and running.

The Nazi’s are rushing out

People cannot stand a fright

Everybody’s lights are out

The Nazi’s are more active at night

In our classroom, we had to write poems about the war. I have done Haiku, Cinquains, Tanka and Ballad. I hope you enjoy my poems and find them very touching because these poems are based on things that have really happened. Make Your Stains Vanish!

Make Your Stains Vanish was our catchy title for our experiment. My partner (Lucas Robinson) and I, were trying to see what cleaning product would get a tomato sauce stain out of a white t-shirt the best. We used Sard Wonder, Vanish and Persil. My hypothesis was that the Sard wonder would do the worst, Persil would come second and The Vanish would do the best out of all of them. But my hypothesis was wrong. It turns out Sard Wonder was correct for coming last, The Vanish came second and the Persil came first. It it was going down to price I would have thought Sard Wonder would have won because it was most expensive but it turns out price doesn’t matter.

Do you think you may be able to think of a way I may be able to lay out my science board better.

In our classroom we had to make different poems about the war and the book The Boy in The Striped Pyjamas. I found this very enjoyable and I would like to do something like this again. Hope you find my poems interesting. Please leave a comment, I want to use them to improve.

In class we had to do a information report about a animal from Africa of our choice. I chose the Nile crocodile. I found the activity very fun and interesting. I would love to do another topic just like this. I am very proud with how the poster came out. I chose a poster because I love to cut out a stick on pictures and it is a very easy and good way to show other people.
